Does Pulse replace my CRM?

For most SMB sales teams, yes — Pulse handles lead capture, pipeline, deal management and customer success. For enterprise teams already on Salesforce or HubSpot, we run alongside as an intake and routing layer via API.

How does the WhatsApp integration work?

Native two-way messaging through the official Meta Cloud API. Reps see conversations inside Pulse, leads see their own WhatsApp threads. Templates, broadcasts and out-of-office are all built in.

What about data residency?

Default deployment is Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). On request we can deploy to your own VPC or on-premise — common for financial services and government.

Can we import from our existing tools?

CSV import for leads and accounts on day one. Direct migration playbooks for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Bitrix — typically a 1–2 day exercise with our success team.

What does pricing look like?

Per-user, billed monthly. Starter from RM 49/user, Growth at RM 99/user, Enterprise on quote. Annual plans get two months free.
