Is my ad spend included in the RM3,000?
No. The retainer covers the work, not the media. Ad buying is an optional add-on at 15% of spend with a RM800/month minimum, and your media is billed direct to you by the platform — we never mark it up.
Am I locked in for a year?
No. There is a 3-month minimum so there is enough runway to produce and measure real work, after which it runs month-to-month on 30 days’ notice.
What if I don’t like the work?
Every asset carries two revision rounds, and you approve the content calendar before anything is produced — so disagreements happen at the plan stage, when they are cheap to fix.
Who owns the finished content?
You do, fully and outright, including the source files. Nothing is licensed back to you and nothing stops working if you leave.
Is this just AI-generated content?
AI is how we get the volume to this price. A human strategist sets the brief, a human reviews every asset before it reaches you, and the work is grounded in your brand intake rather than generated from a prompt about your industry.
How fast does the first batch arrive?
Your first content batch lands within 10 business days of kickoff. After that, content ships weekly rather than arriving in one drop at month end.
